Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Nitra, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. [Due To Festive Rush Expected Shipping Time may be extended to 10-15 Business Days] Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by SMS & E-mail.
If you have multiple items in your order, and anything is on back-order, we can send out what we have immediately. We’ll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.
If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (icarry.in) and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Returns and Exchange
Nitra Jewelry crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organization. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
- There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note.
- Your product is eligible for return/exchange If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
- If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.
Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us.
Shipping/ reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping waived. Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping change waivers. Payment for additional shipping charges can be made via credit card link emailed by customer care, or bank transfer.
Pre-orders and Customized Orders
- All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
- There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.
